Terms and Conditions - Heads Up Driving School

All students must have at least a valid provisional licence to allow them to receive driving lessons
Students must ensure they are legally fit to drive a motor vehicle and NOT be under the influences of drink, drugs or medication that may impair their abilities to drive.
Mobile phones in accordance with the law are not to be used while driving during the lesson.
24 hour notice must be given to cancel or change a lesson. Less time could result in the fee still being charged
Lesson payment must be made at the start of the lesson or via block bookings in advanced.
No refunds on block bookings.
Students need to be aware that from time to time I the instructor may need to move or cancel a lesson sometimes at short notice in the event of mechanical or logistical breakdowns or due to illness.
